Dr. Hattabaugh is a founding pastor of Church on the Rock in Georgetown, Texas. He is a graduate of Church on the Rock Bible Institute in New Albany, Indiana. He also earned his Doctor of Ministry degree from the School of Bible Theology Seminary and University. Currently he serves on the Board of Fresh Oil Fellowship of World Harvest Church in Murrieta, CA, along with serving on the boards of several other churches.  Dr. Hattabaugh has been on over forty mission trips around the world, including, the nations of Russia, Germany, Kuwait, and the continent of South America.
